Fitness is a fact. Either he is or he is not. The player and doctors there would know better than you and me sitting thousands of miles away, reading second-hand news paper reports and biased in our opinions. So lets leave it at that. If he is really fit, we'll find out soon enough.
Coming to the more subjective question of whether he is 'committed to give his 100% to the team as a team-player'.. that is something which can only be demonstrated with a chance and given time. I am sure he'd claim that he'll give his 100% and will not ruin the team discipline any more. Take him on the tour, give him the ball and see him perform. If he delivers, he's proven himself. If he doesn't, kick him out. This time for good. Talent or no talent.
