Actually what we should really do incase ICC decided not to over turn the ban is file a complain agaisnt Dippennar. They showed the replays yesterday and it was noted that he showed displeasure when he was given out. That also comes under a level 2 offense and if Shoaib's ban is not over turned we should go after every player of theirs.
yeah get all of them suckers!..Bloody buggers!..Justice shall be served! ![]()
Pakistan should've complained Nel incident to ICC.
And what about Ehsan Mani. Does he have any say on this. What the hell is his job.
I really hope now we win both tests, inshallah!

How can you say that? Dean Jones might be on our side, but I am not sure if that'll influence anything. especially the judge who is going to hear the appeal.

Once the complain has been filed by the defence, the match referee must take an action, regardless of how harsh it is.
Thats what lloyd did, he is doing his job, Pakistan has a very good chance of appealing and winning the case.
Dean Jones was dead on, and I am 100% sure, everyone except for the South African teams thinks the same way.

You might be right but Clive Lloyd could have used common sense and dismissed it as a minor offence or fined Shoaib. The decision given is over the top. Compare this with the decision given against Hall, Shoaib's action were nothing compared to what Hall did.
OK, I have read the following which might go some way to explain Lloyds harsh decision.
*Clive Lloyd, the match referee, had summoned Shoaib, Haroon Rashid, the Pakistan manager, Javed Miandad, and three South Africans – Graeme Smith, coach Eric Simons, and Tim Southey, the manager – for a hearing, in which Shoaib was found to have committed a Level 2 offence. The penalty for that would normally be a ban of one Test or two ODIs, but since this was his second breach over the last 12 months, the punishment was upgraded to that of a Level 3 offence. On Pakistan's tour of Zimbabwe in November last year, Shoaib was charged with ball tampering and fined for throwing a bottle at the crowd. *

No problem if he is banned......
he can take his revenge with style....
make at least Smith and Nel look like this,,,,
and you can add Kalliss and Pollock as well to the list..
and then see the next match from the pavillion with these guyss....
thats all I have to say,, coz I know,, ICC wont take off the ban....
If two or more of SA batsmen get bruising by Shoaib, what'll they do?
^ May be everyone misunderstood when SA expressed concern about security in pakistan! Come on guys stop gouging their eyes out!
So what happens if he does it a 3rd time?
Pakistan could have complained about that baS@#% Nell, but they didnt, to keep the spirit of the series alive, but the saffies chose to complain, like the wusses that they are, and I think that Shaoib bouncer had a lot to do with that decision.
Since this young Pakistani team is giving the South African's a harder time then they thought...they are trying to eliminate Pakistan's most lethal weapon...cowards...
I didn't see Shoaib being abusive, but I saw Hall shoving and pushing Youhanna and it was disgraceful. Hall should try doing that in India, he'd be torn apart in a trice, especially if he does it to Gangu in Calcutta!
Why are the Pakistani players and board taking all this BS anyway? Do what Indians did in SA yaar...

That doesn't prove anything, if Shoaib had done anything wrong in the first place, he should have been punished and more since his bad history.
But if you haven't done anything wrong in the first place, why are u punished?

I could see his logic of why he gave him such a severe punishment but cannot agree with it. I never agreed with his decision, he went way over the top.
So is it final that Shoaib is banned for next test and 2 ODI's or ...\/?
I am not sure but think he can play so long as the appeal is pending.
I saw it on news yesterday..he did said the f word but i think its normal…who doesn’t say it on field??..Its good that the board is on Shoaib’s side..I think v should all e-mail pcb n encourage them..
south africans r nothing but a bunch of cowards…they were on my fav team list but not anymore…![]()
