I don't get it. If its confirmed, why the hell is his wife saying he's innocent? Like, how does she know? She wasn't even there for heavens sake.

And people who said we shouldn't label him as a rapist or whatever until its confirmed, shouldn't have been labelling the maid as wanting publicity/money or lying.

Seriously do you believe what you write. Why could'nt it have been rape. These celebrities think that they can get away with anything. Salman Khan comes to mind. He used to regularly hit Ash when they were together...

Now that it has been proves that it was rape and it was Shiney who did that what say guys ???

Whether Shiney raped the girl or if it was consensual sex.............he still cheated on his wife. It has been proven already that the DNA belongs to him. Why is the wife so lovingly supporting him? Is she not the least bit miffed that he betrayed her? I find that odd.

I am just glad that TODAY lower class has EQUAL voice. I hope the victim gets justice. She should be able to KEEP EVERYTHING Shiney has as a token to "forgive". - hehe - hehehehehheheehehehe

yes it's too odd for his wife to stand up for him like that - esp. since Shiney himself said he did have s*x with the maid.

Here's why she could be so supportive:

1) Before they were both in the "struggling" stage financially / professionally. Now they got somewhere and you CANNOT THROW AWAY what you worked so hard for.

2) If she separates - then obviously she will lose shiney, but she she will also lose the "security" built so far.

But it's true she is going too far - by saying the maid could have raped him!

I mean a girl cannot ever rape a guy. May be harass but no never rape.

^True - Life in a metro - his REEL life - is now his real life.

He had portrayed that character very well - of having a quiet affair and telling her to abort the baby when "ops" happened =(

I wonder WHY THERE are NO reports from the victims side. I would LOVE to hear from her.

Yeh it is... Ironically just last night I was watching that movie.
It was a nice role but at the end when Shilpa leaves him for her husband I did not feel sympathetic towards Shiney at all. Infact it is nice she went back to her husband.

It was where where he was paired up with Shilpa. Kangana was there as well in the movie but she was with Shreyas Talpade and Irfan Khan was with the other one. It was where Shreyas gives keys to his flat to his boss and his boss takes Kangna there to have sex with her without his wife Shilpa knowing about it and Shilpa in return is having an affair with Shiney.

I mean her hubby was a man - that you would suffer with - no attraction / no money / no class / nothing to look forward to =(

Shiney did bring in some light on Shilpa's life for the time that he came into her life.
