Re: Shia - Sunni Unity , One god , One religion , One ummah!
okay yaar ... u win, and i mean it i do get ur point, malang did the rite thing.... I totally mean that i get ur point. I surunder
but we have a new topic here.... If my mother does something wrong, am i not suppose to call it wrong ? from very start i have called people who accuse aisha for pros. wrong. And am not sure even if someone does !
So from the same Quran you have proved me wrong i have proved aisha wrong... y dont u accpet that !
when i say source .. i mean i am not a hafiz. U have to tell me where can i find this ayyat in quran, like surah # and ayyat number so next time i can use this ayyat as refrence i shld know. Plus to me prostitution is wrost then adultery, i cud be wrong as prostitution is doen for money !
abt who was trying to get Prophets seat... I dunno if he tried or not but he dreamed for it .... If there was a Prophet after Mohammed s.a.w that wud be umer... This self made hadiths tell that there were people dreaming of being a prophet. However i wasnt mentioning that <<< I was refeering to how claiphs waited for rasool s.a.w to pass by and then go for chair.
What abt Fidak how come that was kept by abu bakar ? Fidak is a topic that leaves me an option to pick one, Fatima Zehra s.a or abu bakar, same as jamal and nehrwaan make me choose from ALi a.s and mavia ..... i just cant call 72 wars a confusion and get over it, its against common sense.

^ but they both are zani. The punishment of adulteyr will be same for both of them regardless of the number of times you commit it, once or million. So, what's the difference?
@aqeel
Bro, I am glad you understood my point and i am happy for you that you don't slander your mother (RA) like the other shias. There is nothing wrong with criticizing anyone as long as you have the Islamic text to support your point. However, it does not mean that you mis-interpret it to try to improve your point. Let's read the verse and analyze it (interpretation of the meaning): "O ye wives of the Prophet! Ye are not like any other women. If ye keep your duty (to Allah), then be not soft of speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease aspire (to you), but utter customary speech. And stay in your houses. Bedizen not yourselves with the bedizenment of the Time of Ignorance. Be regular in prayer, and pay the poor-due, and obey Allah and His messenger. Allah's wish is but to remove uncleanness far from you, O Folk of the Household (ahlebayat), and cleanse you with a thorough cleansing." [Surah Ahzab: 32-33]
We learn three things from these verses
1 - Prophet's (SAW) wives are not like regular believers (they are one degree above)
2- They are ordered to stay in their houses
3- They are part of ahlebayat
Let's analyze the 2nd point which you seem to having problem with. If we were take the meaning "stay in your houses" literally as they cannot go outside at all then it means: they couldn't go to rest room, they couldn't got to masjid, and they couldn't go to perform hajj or other Islamic duties likewise. So do you think this is the case? Do you think we should take the phrase "stay in your houses" literally? If not, then in which cases does it apply and in which cases it does not?
Re: Shia - Sunni Unity , One god , One religion , One ummah!
inna lillahi wa inna ilihi raj’oun. First, my dear brother in Islam, please do not jump to conclusions. When did i claim to be specialized in Qur’anic interpretation? Second of all, I did not say anything which would be outside the correct understanding of Islam. Third, your emphasized statement is a straw man argument. Fourth, a question to a question is not an answer. I asked first so how about you answer. As i have explained, if you take the meaning literally then it has to apply to all the situations and it does not make sense because we would be saying that Allah (SWT) ordered our mothers (RA) to not to perform hajj, which is one of the fives pillars of Islam! Therefore, a proper scholarly understanding regarding this matter is required and i am searching for one. My statements are according to the little Islamic knowledge that i have. I could be wrong!
I have already explained my position. now the ball is in your court.
------------------Edited
Imam Ibn Kathir (RA) writes in his commentary: “(And stay in your houses,) means, stay in your houses and do not come out except for a purpose. One of the purposes mentioned in Shari`ah is prayer in the Masjid, so long as the conditions are fulfilled, as the Messenger of Allah said: Do not prevent the female servants of Allah from the Masjids of Allah, but have them go out without wearing fragrance.)” ( Source )
So there you have it, and i am sure that all the scholars would agree with my statement that we cannot take the literally meaning of the phrase **“stay in your houses”. **Majority of the scohlars even say that this rule is not only meant for our mothers (RA) but it also applies to other women. Wallahu 'Alim
Now we can ask the scholars to define the shari’ah purposes for us.
Re: Shia - Sunni Unity , One god , One religion , One ummah!
Well thanks for ur explaination,
One thing i know abt Quran is, every thing in Quran is there for a reason, u cant ignore any ayyat every ayyat and word has a meaning, some are upto to us to understand some are beyond our understandings, thats y shia belvies are that just Quran is not enough, we shld be dependent on Quran and a person who completely understands Quran ... i.e Imam.
Anyway thats a different topic, Allah told us to follow him his Prophet s.a.w and ulil amr.... We dont have to follow certian scholars although they can be a great help :).
Now when ALLAH is reffering to Ajwaj-e-Rasool s.a.w in simple words, If ofcourse some where else in Quran ALLAH reffers to all muslim women and tell them to stay home then i cant argue,.... But in this ayyat ALLAH is only referring to Ajwaj-e-Rasool s.a.w and telling them to stay home !
now abt hajj ...... muslims do hajj coz ALLAh tells them to do so, When ALLAH tells azwaj-e-Rasool s.a.w specifically to stay home then a knowledge less guy like me wud think that Azwaj-e-Rasool s.a.w are better of staying home then going to hajj, as ALLAH rather have them home and what better could they do then following what ALLAH said.
Am sure u heared this story before When a guy came to Rasool s.a.w
and he wanted to go to jihad and Rasool s.a.w told him to stay home and take care of his parents ... Now he is not wanted at jahad coz Rasool s.a.w ordered him to stay back and take care of his parents !
If u think abt it, this applys to azwaj-e-Rasool s.a.w they rnt wanted at hajj anymore, coz ALLAH wants them to stay home.
And forget hajj, going on war against Ali a.s .... werent man enough to fight him that now Rasool s.a.w's wife had to come in the battle field against Ali a.s
Re: Shia - Sunni Unity , One god , One religion , One ummah!
bro Allahkabanda
what the wives of Prophet [saw] can or cannot do what not entirely clear even in time of Umar[ra] who was reluctant to give them permission for Hajj
However granted it MAY include going out of the house for domestic or religious obligations do you think it justified indulging in politics and waging war?
Re: Shia - Sunni Unity , One god , One religion , One ummah!
Thanks alot.. U couldn't have explained it better.. I simply pray tat our other muslim brothers and sisters (who differentiate among it) start to think like u ...
Ameen...
