Hmmmm. Khair. I honestly feel that a shia-sunni marriage for both people who are quite strong in their beliefs can be quite a challenge. So unless they're like "in love" or something, it's a no-no, specially in arranged scenario. (Even if they're in love it will be a challenge but then i guess its a majboori to get married)
i think it took strength to do this Razzmatazz. I'm sure Allah has something excellent in store for you. :)

Very true, arranged is a whole different story. No need to feel guilty what so ever. I know im a person who cannot personally compromise my faith..so when I came to know the guy was a bit strong in his, I knew this was a no no. I could just imagine all the issues that would 'blossom'!

Yup... I know of shia/sunni girls who are willing to interchange without a second thought for a decent proposal. I personally would not be able to do it. I think even if I was in love with a non-sunni guy I would have a hard time budging even a milimeter in matters of faith. You just Can't. I've walked away from non-sunni proposals in past...though they seemed good at the surface.
