Sher if you want to learn something I suggest you start to read the posts in religion with a serious mind.
If you wish only to speak- and never listen- all the best to you- but I can promise you it wont get you anywhere.
Islam is a beautiful and true religion. For those of you who dont believe in it - there is no need to be sarcastic or make degrading remarks about it.
What ever religion you might have ,or moral ethics that you live by- there must be something about respecting others in it....well I hope so anyway.
If you're going to ask ridicuous questions such as (date of birth of God) - all I can say is - you will never get the answer for it.
Well said :k:

Sher merey bhaai ![]()
You are naive like me, the world is so cruel. ![]()
You are angry with God, so are many other people. You dont want to beleive. Ok. Its fine. May be you are strong. But most people are weak. They need a figure. They want to believe that some unseen force will help them out. Be it Christ, Budha or God.
It is our weakness that we need them, not the other way round.
So be considerate to weak people, and understand their dilemma ![]()
Very good reply… :k:

Nauzubillah.
God was not "born" nor does He have to have such a human aspect to have a "date of birth".
Sher, A question for you. Why do you have such a problem accepting that people have chosen a religion for themselves? Why does it bother you so much? It is our personal choice. We're not forcing it down your throat.

Ha ha ha,,, Nadia, Honey, I don't have any issues with people choosing a religion BUT I do have a problem when people start killing people in the name of religion. Now, don't tell me it is not the case. I have never heard of an atheist killing others for their beliefs. Regarding God's date of birth, if we don't know HIS date of birth it doesn't mean God wasn't born cos we don't have reason to believe that. It could be that God's mother and Father was humankind. BTW why do you get offended by these questioning why don't you just leave it to your Almighty God to punish people who dare to doubt His existance. You and me are humans and we should love each other as the same species.
Anyone who asks a Muslim what God's date of birth is hasn't understood or bothered to understand what the Islamic concept of God is...
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: How much do you know about Islam?
I wanted to reply but Arvind has said somewhat close to what my reply would’ve been. I mean how can you be angry with someone who didn’t do anything against you OR even for you.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: How much do you know about Islam?
It is your poor logic, ignorance of the topics at hand and misspellings that we are angry about… ![]()
Immorality has more to do with human nature then religion. As I have earlier said in some other thread that ** Hate and humanity are part of human nature** It will be unjust to bound good and bad traits of man to any religion.
We are bound to kill each other. It is our destiny, no matter if you are atheist or God fearing Jew. Lot of bloodshed has been cuased by people who had no religion. Be it Mangols, Romans or more recently Russia. Blood of millions of people are on their hand who supposidly didn't believed in any God. Other then religion, race and Love of land are major cuase of bloodshed in the world.
So it is unjust to blame religions for all the evils and immorality in this. Human nature should be blamed for all this.
On the other hand thousands of lives are saved by humantarians every day, around the world,
They do it because of religion or nationality ? No
They do it because of their nature compels them to do this. regardless of color, religion, nationaliy, they try to help others just cuz of this is in human nature.
As we can not stop humantarians from saving life, also people are bound to kill fellow human in the name of religion, race, nationality.

Well, code_red, you, having said all that, Yes I think humans are part of nature just the same as God is part of nature. the good and bad that come out of Humans is one way or the other is natural reaction to a natural action BUT as a rational being, Humans can/should control their reactions in accordance with the demand of morality. if humans have tendency to kill other human then it should be controlled, as humans know that taking one's life can cause an extreme damage to that person's family, for example, and that is a bad action.

And what in your opinion, will be the source of that* demand of morality* ?
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: How much do you know about Islam?
That’s because we don’t have any real defense against what Sher is saying. And that makes us really angry. Truth be told, Sher ke nakhoon me jitna logic hain itna tumhare badan me nahi hain.

Well, I think the base of morality is or should be Common Sense and reason.

Then everyone would have different parameters of morality, For you homosexuality would be alright, for me it would be immoral. For you taking bribe is crime, for me it is alright. for you there is no need for marriage and free sex is absolutley alright, for me it is non-sense.
For me leaving my parents to old home is perfectly normal, for you it is absurd.
Where you can draw line, who will decide scale of morality ?

Code_red, of course there is need to have a LAW, which is based on coomon sense. That law has to be formed and agreed upon by people of unbiased and unprejudiced attitude and has to be reveiwed when need arises. regarding having different parameters of morality, for example homosexuality, do you think common sense allows us to kill homosexuals? do you think bribing someone to get your needs met is moral? and of course common sense says that it is up to individuals to decide if they want to send their parents to HOMEs or keep them with them.
