If muslims think this is false freedom then why do they not live in honest societies like arab/morocco/pakistan.
When immigrants started arriving from muslim countries so many of them citing oppressive regimes in their country as reasons

ofcourse they were manipulations. the English were given a trading post and the right tp fortify it and that's how it started. Mongolian, Moghul and Arabic visitors and tradesmen were welcomed and given preferential hospitaility and that's how those things started.
And in all cases not just armies but common people suffered. For example, a large number became or were converted to islam as a result of those wars and subsequent occupation (but for that there wont be a Pakistan or the muslim population of some 150+ million in India). If the US occupies Pakistan and converts a large percentage of Pakistanis to Christianity or Judiasm, would you consider that sufferings or not?
I know it is bitter pill and you'd like to think you're victims of the west but not victims of arabs and moghuls but facts say otherwise.

Again, since your religion is not attacked you will NOT understand, thru cartoons Muslim personality (Prophet) was "insulted" using freedom of expression you will not understand. Unlike you i am aware of what is happening in civilized world and that was the reason i gave you the advice .... elections are going to take place soon and it would be the right time to voice your views and concerns as you might be able to promote candidtaes that would share your view point.
You have a video camera in you avatar picture ... put it to good use ... go on the street and show the voice on ordinary dutch people who support your viewpoint (much like Indian muslims) and build a pressure group. That would be real democracy in work .... right now what you are doing is cribing about your country on another country site ..... much like masturbation ... it is giving you the pleasure but it is not going to "produce" anything.
