I dont think so, found out one good pal from college who I had been out of touch with died a few years ago in an accident, but I just found out. A common pal snother good friend from college days died this week, a few years ahead of me but same group of pals. He worked himself to death..too busy to take care of himself..slippery slope of health...heart issues.. early 40s..just collapsed and gone. Thus maybe the over thinking the live your life and dont let busy schedules get in the way of taking care of yourself, and living life...whether you go because of an accident or some illness that came about due to factors in your control or not..it just is too short, too unpredictable.
That's sarasar slander, we women don't do any of that. We ignore the ones we dont agree with, keep it pent up inside, and then blow up when no one is expecting it.
Like on their husbands. :D [Not saying it from personal experience, mind you.]
Taqwa is fine and dandy, par sirf taqwa aur sensitivity se ghar ki gaari nahi chalti muttaqi betey. Bait & switch tactic.]
Wo bhi do do gharon ki.
Meri beti ki dowry uss ki aa'laa ta'leem-o-tarbiat hai.
That's fine. I'll inquire after Lucid Chaotic. He is a PhD professor and very successful.
Have a good life with your 25%.
you know about professors, he will probably forget to show up for his wedding.
Yea. Sorry to read about Dave & JC.
Do you take care of yourself ?
I try to, but need to do more. had a full physical and alhumdulillah in good shape.
but am guilty of losing contact or having less contact than I want with my friends, old and new, and family. Need to change that. People matter, relationships matter, rate race is important but i need to have a better balance

You are presenting an incomplete approach..
part of your statement is right..this part "We ignore the ones we dont agree with, keep it pent up inside, and then blow up when no one is expecting it"
but the missing part is that while you dont confront the person who made some major mistake like wearing the same out fit to an event...you guys do talk to everyone but that person about it. a look at life1 threads and blogs in general will show you.
I have not seen any guy go and open threads and blogs about issues with Father In law. I may be the first one to do that if Tanvir Bhai proceeds with this threat he has made. I may ask him for his Facebook pic type pink shirt and aviators as moonh dikhai, and if i dont get it I will open threads about him.
