Southie, why does this shock you? It shouldn’t. There will always be someone our there that can beat you at you what do best..be it singing, cooking, art, typing long posts. Kavalai padathay, Southie…You have nothing on me when it comes to Tamil. Nothing.

DW I will try to read rest of your post later this weekend hopefully but just to clear something (although you are surely not coming back to this thread like you said) I said ‘declared’ in the sense that just one member on GS has disclosed being a chef and I don’t think there is anything condescending or offensive about it ?

You’re right, I got a bit ticked off and annoyed cos of this argument being dragged, so I might have misinterpreted the context. It is cool.

I've happened to go in a kitchen of desi resturant in the UK and I found laziza boxes there!

Good to know that you make your own spices :k: lot of people have started doing that including myself to cut down the MSG in these boxed masalas
