You Again missed my point. I said here we are NOT discussing professional chef.or may be OP meant to ask from professionals too.but we are also discussed general..why you are keep emphasis on professionals only???

Go read my post again. Did I say that you think of yourself as a better cook than trained chefs? Nope, I never said that. The only reason why I told you that you’re not a professional chef is to highlight that such reasoning cannot be used to justify that a professional chef should not have any reservations about sharing their market-success recipes.
Sawab kamanay k aur bhi bahut ways hain. Aik professional chef ka poora ya maximum sawaab aik hit-recipe k share karna main nahi hai. Even if a chef does not share their hit-recipe with people, the fact that they are earning a halaal living and spending those earnings on their loved ones and on sadaqah and zakaat…is a means of sawaab for them. If a professional chef is greeting their customers with a smile, if they are showing kindness to their customers in other ways, if they are treating their staff with fairness…these are all ways of earning sawab through your trade/career/talents. There are many ways to show kindness and big-heartedness. There are many ways to get barkat and sawab.
Exactly. Your nani was not a professional chef but phir bhi you told her to keep her recipes a secret even though she gains no profit from her skills and hard work. Phir to tumharay liye koi mushkil nahi honi chahiye yeh samajhnay main aur accept karne main …k jis bandi ne khoon paseenay se aik business start kia hai…aur woh is business main abhi nayi nayi hai aur is field main pehlay se hi itna competition hai…us ka recipe na share karna is not unreasonable or strange or even rude. Tumhe phir is baat ko samajhne main aur tasleem karne main koi muskil nahi honi chahiye.
Jis asaani se tum ne naani se kaha k Aap ko recipe secret rakhni chahiye…jis asaani se tumharay zehn main yeh idea us waqt aaya tha …usi same asaani se tumhe ab accept karna and samajhna chahiye why a professional cook who earns profit from her skills such as Dubaiwali prefers to keep it a secret. Baat khatam.
