Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

  • Zardari or Nawaz...that wasn't the important bit.

  • He talked about Pashtuns being involved in violence when there were militants from Punjab as well as from Central Asia were taking part in it.

  • He said that because Pashtuns are the ones fighting against US and he knows Pashtun warmongering mentality so he would suggest to carry out talks with them and then he goes on about choosing a leader from Islamic world who should be neither a dictator nor a discredited politician.

  • Anything else?

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

Please clarify, where in the letter did he say that current regime is incompetent and he will be better while defending the rights of locals to fightback?

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

So what was the point of writing this letter to Obama? Surely, he's not arranging a pyjama party, is he?

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

It was about drone attacks, lets not twist our own pyjamas falling for others propaganda.

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

Then talk about drones...no need to suggest to US about the appointing of the Islamic leader of the region.

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

sorry I am falling behind, where did he say that?

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

ok hareem01, maybe my comprehension skills are not as good as yours. I am going to paste the letter here which you linked. Now you can highlight where he said all of the above. Also do tell me where he mentions “punjab”. And where he talks about “appointing and Islamic leader” .

Do answer this question as well.

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

Also do tell me where he mentions "punjab"

He doesn't mention Punjab. He only mentions Pashtuns as terrorists. Nice comprehension skills you got there.

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

 that was a waste of time

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

If the US actually wants Nawaz Sharif in power it'll keep its mouth shut. You have no idea how many people have turned against Noora ever since the US backed him. LOL. And they call Imran Khan a "Yahoodi Agent".

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

    Point to be noted.

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

Its season 1 is just over and I’m not sure if all the episodes are there on yt but there are a couple atleast. I’m hoping netflix will release it soon

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

Gospel is for those who get oxygen from gods on earth. And believers in this Gospel still calling the shots.

As regard to Zia-ul-Haq, I don't know about what you are saying but he was smoked out along with more than 30 'hawaris'. The collateral damage is still a mystery. Even army could not come out with exactly what happened to Pak 1.

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

Trust me it will not. It looks NS will continue as PM for the next four years. I did not agree with his involving CAOs/army in dirt politics which he can also be tried for treason for violating the constitution.

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

May be not. But it definitely restricts Third Umpires and Script Writers launching of yet another adventure.

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

This is logical conclusion of this thread, which I had already predicted in post # 1 many days ago. I think duo stupid should now windup their drama and allow people to go home. NS is not going anywhere for the next four years.

Army is not involved in political crisis: DG ISPR - Pakistan - DAWN.COM

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Army supports democracy and doesn’t consider necessary to respond to rumours, Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asim Bajwa said at a press briefing on Friday.

Army has clearly extended its support for supremacy of the Constitution, he said, adding that Army Chief General Raheel Sharif, in his address on Youm-i-Shuhuda, clearly said that the army believes in continuation of democracy in the country.

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

Army has been saying from the day people started speculating it... but their suspicion got stronger when Javed Hashmi said that.

Re: Sharif Pakistan’s elected leader: US

Javed Hashmi is nothing but a loTaa and PLMN's mole planted in PTI...i had immense respect for him but now to me he is just a loTaa. he is thriving on his honest reputation. what's next? is he ready to join MQM? :D
