What court judgment has to do with Mr 10 percent? Mr 10 percent is not judge. Decision came from court on merit, not from Presidential office.

Well the decision is made...ganja's are disqualified...chota ganja has vacated the cm house; and the security cordon has been removed from raiwind...people's party's jiayalas are partying, distributing sweets...
so now, people's party can try for their own government in punjab...i am not sure if they will be able to form their government or not...but keeping the situation in pakistan at the moment economically and politically...was this a wise decision after all?? i foresee more confrontation between the two parties due to this decision which i feel was not necessary at this juncture.

I doubt that. I don't think generals have stomach for another martial law especially when civil society is so much against the army & the army is getting verbal lashing daily from every corner for destroying the country & its civil institutions. I do agree that it will create instability which is something Pakistan does not need & in the end PPP would be the biggest loser in this b/c its running the country now.

According to present constitution, no one can become PM or CM if they held post of PM or CM twice. That mean, without change in constitution, NS and SS could never become PM or CM even if they ever get qualified to contest election (though even that is unlikely, as decision of their disqualification is from SC). Since only NS and SS gets effected by this clause (2 times as PM or CM, and no more post of PM and CM), I do not think that any party other than PML-N would be interested in changing this clause. With 19 percent national votes in 2008 election, all concentrated in Northern Punjab, and that includes votes due to support of JI, PTI, etc, it seems there is no chance that PML-N would ever going to get required majority of 2/3 to amend constitution. So, in this situation, since most PMLN ‘Ganjlas’ are selfish crooks wanting cut in loot of their master Gangas, I do not know but I would like to know, what is the chance that there would be PMLN in few years time?

You mean, cant give justice to attacker of SC 'The Ganjas' and that is why Ganjas were trying to bring in their own paid thug Iftikhar, another pco judge, as CJ again, so that they can make Iftikhar give them justice for money?

As if thats the only thing in play here. Mushrraf managed to fool people for 8 years by playing politician-general by manipulation the political system & lets not forget the support he was getting from Uncle along with the billions of $$$.
Zardari on the other hand is not a general & everybody knows that. Political situation has changed & he and his year old govt has failed to deliver anything so far. So, I doubt if he is going to last 4 more years.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader Pervez Rashid has said that Mian Nawaz Sharif was already aware of the Supreme Court’s verdict.
Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, Pervez said the government had offered Nawaz that if he recognised PCO judiciary, he would be declared eligible for contesting polls and Punjab government would continue, but the PML (N) rejected the offer.
He said there would be no comprise over core issues of national concern and the party would continue its struggle for democracy.
