^^ FYI , PML(N) activists always remain as calm and cool because its in the nature of Punjab of anti-violence but PPP Jiyalas have special training of Ghunda Gardi , Jilao Ghairao and burning trains and cars and railway stations.

People of Punjab are mostly educated exceptions are few sothern Saraiki Belt so they dont get into streets but their mighty opposition is seen whenever fair election is on the way

Just see what happened in Punjab to the Towers of Politics of PML Q in 2008 elections even the King of Rawalpindi got 9000 and 11000 votes and Javed Hashmi got 76,000 votes but Karachi People again gave the vote on the same basis of ehtnicity

and please get over MQM, since the topic has nothing to do with it. MQM is limited to Karachi and Hyderabad only. where are the PML(N) supporters in OTHER cities in Sindh. (like they came out on streets in almost every city in Punjab province)

There would not be honey milk canals flowing in Pakistan when you deprive right of 9.25 crore and 60% of Pakistan for thier basic right of democracy and administartive skills and governance of Shahbaz Sharif

When Zardari the Maha Chor want to see an open war then all such things will hapen !harif

Thank you for admiting that, now lets not forget the remaining 40% and of course a very important fraction of those 60% who support PPP and other parties. We like it or not but Sharief brothers DO NOT represent all of those 60%, although they have a majority among them.

Are you sure of figures you quoted, or it is similar lies what PML(N) is famous for? If terrorist and choor brothers had even majority of votes in Punjab, it would have shown in last election. Unfortunately, they got less than a third of cast votes and got 110 out of 267 elected Punjab provincial assembly seats in 2008 general election. If Zardari had not thrown Punjab as haddi to these brothers, PML(N) could not have formed government in Punjab. Once they got nod from PPP that they could form government, many independent joined PML(N) to benefit. Even after grabbing the haddi, they kept barking at PPP and PPP policy. They also made life of PPP and PML(Q) members difficult in Punjab. They made no friends but enemies. Now they lie that they are the only representative of Punjab. So what they expect? How can they expect SC or any judge to absolve them when they are known terrorists, fraud, and criminals? Just because PCO judge Iftikhar, who is also corrupt to core, is on their payroll today, does not mean that other parties should get him reinstated, so that he can absolve these two convicted criminals, and let them contest election.

According to constitution, no party member can vote against the policy of their party leaders. So, forward blocks make no difference, as if they vote against their party, party can ask Election Commission to cancel their assembly membership.

After women and minority seats, Punjab provincial assembly has 370 members. For a party to get their Chief Minister, they have to get 186 votes. Being single largest party does not get a party government, but they need total required votes, be that in combination of various parties together or one party on their own has overall majority. Can you tell me that if PPP and PML(Q) leadership show them two fingers than how they can get required 186 votes and form Punjab government?

Here is present party strength (and I am not bringing figures from my back box as most PML(N) members do, but they are official figures from Pakistan election commission):

PML (N)= 169
PPP = 107
PML (Q) = 85
MMA = 2
PML (F) = 3
Ind = 4

So, we can see that no major party on their own can make government in Punjab, except if two of the three major parties join hands. PML(N) has made enemy with leadership of PPP and PML(Q), so who would support them? Most likely, PPP and PML(Q) might join hands to make government.

Incorrect, as Sa1eem pointed out, PML-N got vote from only 4.2crore people (stats from seats won, not actual vote casted), that means less than 25% of people of Pakistan and 43% of people of Punjab.

PML-N should've said "Zardari insulted mandate of majority of people of Punjab" instead of claiming "all Punjab".

Anyway, whatever happened is disgusting, when other criminals are still in government then why single out Sharif brothers.... but then that is what our politicians do.

Zardari cheated voters by backing down on CJ issue while PML-N tried to stick to it which cracked the relationship apart.

Kudos to the PML[N] for not letting go of the illegal ouster of Chaudhry Iftikhar.

Shujaat/Elahi will never ally themselves with Zardari. The memories of the Bhutto's killing Zahoor is still afresh in their hearts and senior PML[Q] leagers have said that they are very wary of any deals with the PPP. Shujaat is known to offer maa bahan ki galliyaan whenever he mentions the name Zardari in non-public party meetings. They have worked with NS in the past and share alot in common with them. With the splits in the Q league, things dont look very rosy for them either.

Saleem pai, today Ata Manika head of Forward Block met PML(N) in Raiwind and all 33 members gave thier unconditional support to PML(N) over this coup of Maha Chor Zardari

Secondly , the forward vblock not came from MARS ..they were and they are same Muslim Leagui but when NS left and due to pressures of Dictator in 2002 and NAB files and cases , he created Choo Choo Ka Murabba Party by taking a pinch from all parties like PPPP and PML(N) . So if they return to thier parent party , its not to jump like jockers over it

Thirdly , if they vote for SS or any other PML(N) memeber and Election Commission de-seat them , then PML(N) will give them tickets and they will contest from PML(N) seats and clean sweep the polls.

So Saleem pai , just enjoy Bun Makkhan with Lassi … Punjab Government is not a piece of cake for PPP :hehe:

He and Shahbaz were allowed to enter Pakistan on 25th November,2007 just 1 day before paper submission not given even 2 months to prepare for elections yet his party over-threw the PML-Q from Punjab. He was elected with 2/3 majority of Pakistaan in 1997.If he had given proper time for his election campaign , he would have done much better even in other provinces

Polls and Surveys are not election-substitute but in whole world they show the trend and mood of people and most of the time correct.In all surveys NS is the most popular leadr today in PAkistan and Punjab Government is at top for its performance. PPP only only only performed well just because of BB sudden death and they came in Pakistan by DEAL and NRO with Musharraf via Washington-London-Dubai-UAE connections .Musharraf himself secretly met BB in UAE on 25th July ,2007 after Justice Iftikhar was reinstated on 20th July. Whole world know how corrupt this party and both BB and Zardari are court convicted looter of 2 billion Dollars money .
