I think the real Sharia will be a very good thing for Pakistan and its citizens and a very bad thing for those that wanna instill terror and cause chaos.
Because the attackers/thieves/murderes, and so on...will be dealt the worst and Just measure under Sharia. Whereas, the common man will be able to feel safe at last. There won't be any Sifarish culture left because all will be dealt equally across the plain. (I want to make it clear, it should not be left for Interpretation, rather adopted as it is from the Quran)
We've got to understand what Sharia is in its true form. Not the hideous and scary form its often presented. The reason you see women being barred from getting education, or teaching or working or even driving is because of Jahalat. Under Sharia women will play a more equal part in the society than they're allowed to now.
If Sharia is to be adopted, then it should be the true form, not the loony form the extremists wish for, to justify their domestic actions.
There is a great detail of rights for Women and Men alike in the Quran, under Sharia you will see those rights finally being put into action.
