There are some shareef men still out there. They may have had a couple of flings here and there but once they get married their loyalties are to their wives alone. I would say that in the social circle we have, we have a 100% shareefness. From what I know of. But then I don't know the secret lives of people.

shareef munda from the 1930s and shareef boy from the 1960s world of difference. imagine 2009. yah right u get my point. the different avenues available today is mind blowing compared to the past so you can expect the society to go down in morals and all the other aspects of life. it's no surprise.

Agreed. Sadly, such guys are a rarity or maybe even non-existent.

In addition to sleeping around, I would also add playing around and alcohol consumption.

This reminds me of a guy I met who had 10 sexual partners in his life. Pakistani and Muslim. And when I asked him how he felt About it - ie. Any remorse ? He was like… Why? They were asking for it - not my fault.

It was always the girl. She came around asking for trouble. Men should not need to assume responsibility.

maybe its just me but a guy having consensual sex doesn't automatically disqualify him from being shareef in my books. but tha'ts just me.

my husband would have been categorized as the shareef guy. he never dated or had friends who were girls, never went out alot or stayed out late, is respectful and kind to everyone, etc.

is that a great thing? yeah of course. But to be honest, i wish he had a gf before we got married....i feel like i have to teach him about being around girls and what date places would be good to go out to, and how to be romantic, etc.....which sometimes I wished he knew how to do or to know without me asking/telling him how!
