I’ll be able to quote you only once I read your last few posts explaining Islam.

Re Iqbal Salafi, as I said, in both the videos, he has explained things which have answered all the questions I have had for few years. One of which is 786. Being from a family which considered astrology, numerology, palmistry and studies of similar subjects as SCIENCE and little or no problems with fortune telling (Just like majority Pakistani households), I, myself, had and studied tons of books on those subjects. There was a time, I used to predict matters in people’s lives quite accurately that one of my uncle suggested I should become take it up as a profession as he thought with my accuracy, I could earn big money. I used to study and read people’s charts, numbers, palms just for fun but was quite good at it. And there are so many other things I did in life not permitted in Islam. Knew they were not permitted but due to no suffient knowledge, used to just assume that people have just made up those things and why Islam would forbid gaining ‘knowledge’. Anyway, what I mean is I know what he is saying about 786 is correct.

Re giving away charity for dead relatives, I am still researching on it. I have not yet accepted in by heart especially because my parents have agreed to almost everything (fortune telling, music, etc.) but this practice they think is not unIslamic as they’re giving away the food in the name of God with an intention to send sawab for the deceased ones.

I can give some information regarding the Sunni position towards Esal e Sawab (the speaker you listened to and his group do not believe in esal e sawab at all.) The proofs for it are Strong. What iqbal salfi said was blatantly wrong, and i called him a shaitan for it.

Hadeeth 32
Reported S. ‘A’isha (Allah be well pleased with her) : Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded that a ram with black legs, black belly and black (circles) round the eyes should be brought to him, so that he should sacrifice it. He said to ‘A’;isha: Give me the large knife, and then said: Sharpen it on a stone. She did that. He then took it (the knife) and then the ram; he placed it on the ground and then sacrificed it, saying: Bismillah, Allah-humma Taqabbal min Muhammadin wa Al-i-Muhammadin, wa min Ummati Muhammadin (In the name of Allah," O Allah, accept on behalf of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and the Umma of Muhammad")****.
