What happened to the Shahnawaz thread?
Where is the thread that was telling everyone the truth about Shahnawaz? I think he won over with the threats.

Yeah look around and decide if you want you wanna pay the money to stand in his studio, be talked to rudely and eventually not get your pictures. Oh no, wait, he won't lose your pictures entirely, he'll save one or two albums and then tell you that if you want anything, you have to pay for full price. And then after being left no choice and desperation, you'll give in and pay the price to see a few precious moments from your wedding.
Don't be stupid, don't goto shahnawaz. If there was a proper website out there where his business could be rated, he would not even have 1 star. Or if he had the courage to take criticism and let freedom of speech on these forums continue. It goes to show you that because his work can't out do what the people on the forums say, he opted to threat.

Whatever happens, don't get a photoshoot from Shahnawaz. He's a horrible photographer and he will rip you off for every penny you spend with him. Most of all, he will claim that he's lost your pictures and keep your money. Check out other threads, look up on google about him and then decide. Don't make a mistake and avoid all the headaches!!

gulluno, when youre on the picture you want, press print screen on your keyboard, and paste it into paint.

I was wondering, what makes people pick Shahnawaz as their wedding photographer despite his very unfavorable reviews? Is there someone who was his satisfied customer?

I got my wedding shoot done from him and absolutely loved the pictures....although it was a few years ago...he did have attitude issues at that time....but I loved my pictures....
So you can say I was a satisfied customer...
I haven't gone through the other thread and don't really know what issues people have with him...:)

Go through this thread, most people seem pretty dissatisfied with his work, so I just wanted to dig up a few good points.

^I dont know if I will recommend him to others as I do not know what issues people are having with him now…(I cant seem to find any other thread)…
I got married a few years ago and at that time maybe he wasn’t as famous as he is now and maybe fame and fortune has done something to him…
…he was highly recommended to me b another friend back then…
I cant seem to recall I had any issues with him…I loved the shoot pictures and the videography was ok too…although could have been better…
I went back to him to get some enlargements when I last visited Lahore …he was pretty ok to deal with at that time too…
I got to see some other shoots he had done of family and friends,in the last 1-2 years…somehow I felt that the older ones were much more nicer…just my two cents…

- Highly doubt a guy would be on GupShup trying to find out a photographer for his wedding. Incidentally, that was also your first post on Gupshup.
So here's what I think, you are in fact, not a girl, nor are you getting married soon. You posted a comment to start acting like you're a girl, and slowly started giving your input as to how "amazing" ShahNawaz is, when you saw that no one took you seriously, you went ahead, and started doing what you do best.
You're accusing mahismart and uloosha of being the same person with no proof at all, well here is the thing, i won't stoop down to your level and make accusations, but maybeee, just maybeeeeee..

wowww.. totally surprised!!For my shadi, the photographer took the pics at our place and then added the backgrounds later, did an awesome job, took a while to make the album but in the end it was all worth it.. for only Rs. 10,000!!!
The more I read about ppl;s shadi on this website, I feel like mine was the cheapest one when it came to clothes, photos, jewelry. :D
ps: I was one of the pretty brides with beautiful clothes.. may be I just happened to be a wise one. :D
Are you in Lahore? or was your wedding shoot done in Lahore? If its the case, please tell me who your photographer was...

Hey i just got my photoshoot done by Mumtaz Studio... he is really good and wow... Mumtaz is much better than shanawaz ..
