Re: Courageous Malala is the identity of Pakistan: Merkel
Regardless of her skin color and nationality, I perceive what Angela Merkel stated as her personal view and not necessarily a fact set in stone. I would feel the same way if anyone else said the same thing, whether or not they were white and/or Pakistani. If she means to say that to her, Malala represents the “survival” and “educational advancement” of Pakistan, then I agree with her. Endurance and education are obviously positive characteristics for any country, as well as factors that should not be taken for granted.
