PCB is incompetent and Butt is an idiot, but to make such statement is ridiclous. After all if that is the case than it was the Punjab cricket board who made him not only the captain of ODI's but tests as well and who was the captain before that, Younis Khan. PCB has the same mindset which many of us show here, narrow and self centered.

Also lost Pak countless many games....do you remember his strokes (among other hundreds of other occasions...against india in T20 WC final or against SA in 5th ODI in 2007 when he was not captain?
