Shaheen, Mubashir or Nabila?

No to Shaheen and from the brides I've seen at Nabila's no to them also. Never seen mubashirs makeup so can't comment on it.

Does anyone have any experience with Tariq Amin or heard anything about his bridal makeup. He has a studio at the PC hotel and apprently visits Karachi on monthly basis, from his home in Islamabad?

Ive seen Mubashirs work and loved it.....Saw Shaheen's work in the bridal photoshoot and bride was made "auntie like"...never seens Nabilas....

Heard Tariq Amin is really good--even better than Muabshir but very expensive...

I wanted Tariq Amin for my wedding but he wasn't going to be in khi during my wedding and they said his assistant was available I think his name was Babar and he would charge Rs.15,000 I think. This was back in June 2008. I didn't want to go to his assistant so then I was going to decide between Akif Ilyas and Saba Ansari at Sabs. Tariq Amin himself charges Rs.40k.

I then went to visit Akif Ilyas, I've heard good things about his makeup. He charges Rs.25k. Heard he only takes 2 brides per day (don't know how true that is). But I've never seen any bride by him and the only pictures he had at his place were of models with black eye makeup and pale lips. They looked pretty but that was the only thing he seemed to have pics of.

I went to another salon which was I think right next to Sabs (I think it was Mubashir's, not sure but I know it was a male MUA) but didn't like it since they were under renovation and I absolutely hated the pics they had.

Mubashir Khan at the time charged Rs.25k and you had to give an advance of 5k.

For Bridal makeup in khi I would say either Tariq Amin or Saba Ansari. The only bad thing I've heard about Tariq Amin is that he's really got an attitude issue.

For engagement I would recommend Bina Khan.
