First of all, where are the declassified docs this article is referring to? Who read it? Any screenshot or anything that we can really say that yes its there? Otherwise its just a vague news that there are some docs out there who are mentioning this.
As per the article itself, if entire thing was arranged by Zahir shah, in afghan govt, how come the bullets were US made and the ones not available in Pak at that time?

Its a long shot AP uncle. And without sufficient evidences, any story is just called a ‘conspiracy theory’.

This is an interesting comment by someone underneath this article:

Imagine! Here is a country - the US of A - which searches for a third party assassin and then, wonder of wonders, hands him a load of US made cartridges generally “in use by high-ranking American officers” and also which “were not usually available in the market” to accomplish the evil deed. Was it because any other cartridge would not have felled the great Pakistani Khan? Whoever wrote this copy either doesn’t have a high opinion of the intelligence of American conspirators or his readers.

Those days Takht e Lahore mindset was little different than military establishment and even this all was being done very secretly by only a very few . Liaqat Ali was target of three only perhaps , Traitors Ayoub , Sikandar Mirza & Ghulam Muhammad .

Bhai jan, once again you have not included your comments or analysis despite I quoted you last time and asked to included those as per the rules. I’m not sure what you are trying us to conclude by not following the laid rules.

Now regarding the links, since your comments are not there, should we say that you are endorsing that US was actually involved in that, as per the first link from arabnews?

Second link was basically an analysis document after post-murder situation to washington but its interesting to note how its emphasized and hoped that noone get indians engaged in kashmir. Lots of sympathies for indians at that time too, right?
