How? Interior ministry is dependent on information from MI and ISI. General Ashfaq Kyani briefs President and PM on Taliban and other operations if he deemed fit. It will take atleast 10 years for democratic government to take over its legal responsibilities from military top brass if it survives, then you can blame Inerior Ministry.

No need to defend an incompetent crook like Rehman Malik here. I could not care less which party he belongs to. It is a matter of principle. The home or interior ministry is primarily responsible for safeguarding national institutions in every country

If a similar atack had occurred anywhere in the UK, the home secretary and not M15 head would have had to resign, I am pretty sure about that

After 9/11 happened everyone questioned the performance of US inland security department rather than CIA

After Mumbai attack last year, it was the indian home minister not RAW head who offered his resignation to PM

I damn care about Rehman Malik. Military is still calling the shots. In India, military does not comment on civilian matters. Military is under democratic government. Corps commanders do not interfere in government affairs or in politics unlike Pakistan. You can not shift major fault of someone to stupid person like Rehaman Malik.

Zardari is leader of all crooks in Pakistan, so we are targeting him, i don't know why you have problem in accepting the fact that Zardari is a crook and none of the countries ( including our friendly nations) are ready to trust him, example of his corruption, Rental Power Plants ( crook like Raja Perzaiz Ashraf is managing it for Zardari)... now i don't want to see your behind as it is dirty and ugly..

How do you know? Corruption is corruption. For you it is o.k. if person A is corrupt but person Z is not o.k. Be honest in your thinking, I am sorry the criteria of your judgement is dishonest.

You can not single out Zardari here. Let me ask you a question, Had Mush not issued NRO, where would have been Zardari now? Condemn first the most corrupt then come down to other categories. Hiding corruption of really corrupt and exposing the by-product of real corrupt system, make you a corrupt and dishonest person.

That will be the end of Pakistan just like Iraq because India will attack us from the East and USA from the West. PPP is a puppet of USA. They will just sell Pakistan and run to UK or USA.

Mansha’s worth is 6.5 billion dollars, will he be willing to spend on welfare projects like health, education, drinking water in NWFP, Baluchistan and Sindh rural and on infrastructure $5 billions? Main purpose of aid is to provide employment in NWFP and other poor areas of Pakistan so that un-employed young people should not tempted to jehadi trap.

Other question from where he will get this money? Definitely not by selling his assets, he will generate money like buying most profitable Banks and government owned entities in peanuts ignoring the rules and get money out of it? Still I am sure he is not going to spend on welfare projects. Isn’t it?

Only a fraction of that becomes available through taxes paid to the government to spend on schools, health care, infrastructure, military equipment, etc.

These are not my personal views but copy and past of something I got in my mailbox today. This was just to illustrate that such theories are doing the rounds in Pakistan and that many educated people have genuine apprehensions about the K-L bill. I honestly did not even know before today that Mansha was the richest man in Pakistan. I thought it was one of the two crooks Zardari or NS..
