ISLAMABAD**: The corridors of power have been abuzz with speculation since reports emerged that Army Chief General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani had a secret meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif last Wednesday midnight. **
Sources privy to the development told Dawn here on Friday that the meeting took place on the night between Sept 30 and Oct 1 when Mr Sharif visited Rawalpindi and went to meet the army chief without security and protocol.
The sources said that only two vehicles were present at the airport and no prominent official was present to receive the chief minister when he arrived late on Wednesday night.
The sources said Mr Sharif reached the Punjab House in Rawalpindi straight from the airport, had a shower and changed. In the meantime, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan came to the Punjab House in his own vehicle and then drove away with Mian Shahbaz Sharif.
The sources said that initially no one was aware of the destination of the vehicle carrying the two leaders, but later it became known that they had gone to the Army House to see Gen Kayani. Before the general election last year, General Kayani had barred military officers from meeting politicians, but he himself crossed the red line when he met Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan in July.
There was no word about the agenda of the meeting between Gen Kayani and Shahbaz Sharif.
PML-N spokesman Ahsan Iqbal denied that any such meeting had taken place. He even denied that the chief minister was in Rawalpindi that night. But sources at the airport and eyewitnesses in Rawalpindi are confident that Ahsan Iqbal is not telling the truth.
Military spokesman Major General Athar Abbas said he was not aware of any such development.

You are right but no way .You can not immage what will happen if he is thrown away through consipracy.Saving democracy is now facing Pakistan. The consiprators are now in mood to use N's Party without N$ and MQM. Statements of Brig Imtiaz were a part of this and also statements of Mush. There are many things against Zardari but there is more propaganda.
I say banish Zardari, Nawaz, Altaf and all the other gangsters from Pakistan politics forever.
Bring the new leadership, get out of this person centered politics. Select people for their good policies, honesty, patriotism and hard work and not for anything else.

Listen Mirasi, Zardari is being elected through national assembly. Say it agian National Assembly. It is not you or me or any joker has sent him to the seat of president of Pakistan. He has to complete his tenure and there is absollutely no need to rock the boat now. Let the democracy work. Zardari will automatically go away if he is not elected by the people in the next elections. Any dumb @$$ can easily understand this simple logic. There is no question of supporting PPP or Zardari. Let them complete the tenure which is their legal right.
Today Zardari is "elected through national assembly", then it will MOST DEFINITELY be Nawaz Sharif, then Bilawal Bhutto, then Hamza Sharif, etc etc etc

I can tell you one thing some time those are disclosed by media and some time people disclose theirselves for their own reasons. This is printed in newspapers and discussed on TV lateron.
Now See this statement. This is the man who is spending much more money of such aids than other provinces of Pakistan. He did not offer that he will help FG by not spending any money recieved by such aids. He is spending billions of Rupees only on showbazi. LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif Sunday said the aid for which national esteem was compromised should be jettisoned.
Talking to media while visiting the ongoing development works in Lahore, he said his party and his leader are against the foreign aid.
Shahbaz was flanked by Lahore commissioner, DCO Lahore and high-ups of all other departments, who stayed with him for three hours.
The Punjab CM came out of his house at 6am this morning along with his staff and media and arrived at Mughalpura Flyover and directed his personnel to expedite its works to completion.
He also went to inspect roads in Harbanspura, Munawan GT Road, Ring Road and Township and Green Town, where concerned staff briefed him about these projects.
Mughalpura Flyover would be opened for traffic on November 14, he announced.

Remember 1999.When Nawaz.Sh..baz, and their family ,Javed Hasmi ,Sadiq al Farooq, all PML N leaders were in jails one of abovesaid was at his home.
