Actually, almost all the Punjab-centered forces are against the Kerry Logal Bill becuase it has the potential for empowering Sindhis, Baluchis, Siraikis, Pashtuns, Urdu-speakers, which the status quo is looking at warily. Apart from domestic impacts, the regional implications of the bill will be profound if enforces...Kashmir and Afghanistan fronts will change....That is why the strong resistance to the bill...

PPP is in favor of it because most of the money will end up in its pockets and those of American contractors. Mian Mansha has said that the MCB group alone generates $1 billion a year for Pakistan. hence, $1.5 billion is peanuts.
If the bill is accepted, then USA and govt. will put pro-USA people in the army who will allow USA to bring its forces into Pakistan. That will be the end of Pakistan just like Iraq because India will attack us from the East and USA from the West. PPP is a puppet of USA. They will just sell Pakistan and run to UK or USA.
