3000 Rs to 4000 Rs ..i guess
and these are the rates that might be in Islamabad, this will cost a bit less in RawalPindi and lahore ofcourse. I have bought many dresses from boutiques here in Islo and simple stuff like cotton and georgette cost more than a thousand.

Sorry but i dont shop designer and i still found awesome dresses at Fortress, Anarkali (lahore) and Tariq Road karachi. Tariq road prices were a bit high but they had good variety.
I say get your own material and get the design of your choice. In Lahore (dharampura, sadar bazar etc) it should not cost more than a 2000 rupees for the material+kaam on it.
