its just a part of the other eid programs they have…at the end of the program…they hv firecrackers at the corniche…on the 2nd and 3rd days of eid 
i guess tabeeghi jamaat walon ko they call tht…jo bhi tha my experience of beign caleld tht wasnt v pleasant
