We make something called ghum’ni (we’re from UP as well) - but we make it out of chickpeas, though it has the same sort of look with the tomatoes and onions.

we make something called Ghoomni too- i think its slightly different to ghugni Sehrysh ( correct me if im wrong) we make ghoomni from kala channa.
