That's an opinion, not a statistic. Similar to 'there are no homosexuals in Muslim-majority countries.'
Incest has occurred since the beginning of time. There's a reason why every major religion has a dictate warning against its practice. Take the constant emphasis of mahram and non-mahram relationships in Islam. We practically organize our societies and lives around who we can and can't have sex with.
To the OP - I hope this is a hypothetical question. Inform the parents or an adult you can trust immediately. Hopefully they won't turn a blind eye to it or blame the girl, as is common in cases like this, even in the West.

This is such a disturbing topic that we are about to discuss here. Its REAL and DISGUSTING.. Please tell me whats wrong with people who have sexual feelings for their siblings? How can they be so immoral? Do you know anybody or have you been a victim of sexual abuse?... How one should deal when your sibling tries to approach you in a sexual manner?

. And i dnt think, even if all this happens, it does cuz of the lack of availability/access to the opp sex. That just does not make sense. One has to be really out of their mind, morals and everything at all to even think of having such sick feelings for their sibllings.

^Much as it might not sit comfortably with you it could also have something to do with access/availablility (similar to how many straight ppl in prison start relationships with those of the same sex)..
(and not sure how you came to the conclusion that westerners are the 'sicker lot')

If you/any other is experiencing such behavior then,
- keep distance from abuser.
- He is your mehram, but it is better for you to stop revealing yourself in front him, and do some kind of pardah which could stop his gaze.
- let your parents know the issue

I told the girl to get some courage and tell her mom. She indicated that her brother has abused her 3yrs ago with the same approach. She informed adults but they said someone did blackmagic on him. There was a distance between the brother for a while. Maybe, its time for the brother to get married. Her situation is distrurbing as well as stressful.

Where does she live? If the people around her aren’t helping she should go to the police and move out.. and before anyone says ‘that’s too harsh, he’s her brother’ what’s to stop him abusing other younger siblings as well? Brother may also need to see a psychiatrist.. Just letting it go on/sweeping it under the carpet is not the right thing to do.
About him getting married the poor wife is prob going to go into the marriage blind to all this, why create an even bigger mess without trying to SORT IT OUT PROPERLY

Meanwhile, there was a case in a few years ago in some state. Two Indian kids. Bro and Sis. Used to sleep in the same room though they were teenagers. Stuff happened. The girl got pregnant. Parents sent the girl away to live with some family member until she had the child...unfortunately, when they found out she was pregnant, it was too late to abort. Don't know what happened after that, but it was big news at that time.
