This is such a disturbing topic that we are about to discuss here. Its REAL and DISGUSTING.. Please tell me whats wrong with people who have sexual feelings for their siblings? How can they be so immoral? Do you know anybody or have you been a victim of sexual abuse?.. How one should deal when your sibling tries to approach you in a sexual manner?

It's called incest and it does occur, but I'm sure with any sexual abuse, this would be equally if not more traumatizing since it's the SIBLING doing it. I dont know why anyone would abuse their sibling (be it a sister, brother or even sister abusing a brother). It makes me shudder to think about it, tbh. Often sexual predators are victims themselves and they victimize another vulnerable person. The best way to deal with it is to tell an adult or a parent you trust, assuming it isn't one of the parents victimizing the children. There is talking to a teacher or anyone who could help.
Make sure to avoid the abuser at all costs, don't try to protect them because they often try to manipulate the victim into thinking it is their fault but remember, it is NEVER your fault, doesn't matter what anyone says. Nobody has the right to touch you in anyway you dont want to be touch, plain and simple. It must be stopped immediately and an adult or someone you can trust must be notified so there are more victims beyond that.
I'm assuming this isn't about you but if it did happen, I am extremely sorry for that. Please talk to a therapist, therapy always helps. Plus, it is anonymous.

See, that is what I meant about making excuses for the predator and defending them. That's a very common thing amongst victims of abuse. If it is still happening, please tell someone you trust immediately before he victimizes someone else. If you tell somebody, obviously appropriate action WILL be taken. Your parents can kick him out, but they can also offer him counseling or get him help since incest is NOT normal and should be treated at all costs. Especially since the predator is family or someone you're taught to trust. I'm sure it can be insanely destructive to future relationships with a partner or children. But it has to be told to someone you can trust, not someone who'll hold it against you but someone who will get you help at all costs.

My god, you are so ignorant. It’s like people thinking there are no rapes in Saudi Arabia. Why do you suppose the rates of rape are so low in KSA (which they boast about to no end)? Because it is a massive social taboo for starters and that alone will ruin and destroy her life. No wonder it goes unreported and then we hear how they have such minimal rape rates. :halo:

Good point. Then again, while we are saying that it is present there in KSA, we cannot discount that in general it is probably less prevalent than in the West

^Of course but there are other factors that go into play as opposed to this being the west and that being the Kingdom of Suadi Arabia but that's another topic on its own.

Tauba, never heard of anything like this! I believe such cases are very rare. A brother or a sister wouldn’t see their siblings in such a way because you know there are limits. Why would a brother want to sexually abuse his own sister!?

But it happens, obviously they have some loose screw because biologically too it's impossible to look at your own sibling like that. Or they have abusive tendencies and will prey on anyone naive/young or it's only outlet for sexual pleasure.
...I feel gross typing it so I will stop but you get the rest. It's disgusting and beyond horrible. I wish OP or whomever she is referring to seeks appropriate help ASAP.

obviously it can happen anywhere where the sickest and most frustrated of uneducated, unethical people reside.
And most of these cases definitely have a background psychiatric disorder too!
