People say divorce rates are soo much higher in the West…Eastern marriages are much more solid and all that. Its a bunch of hooey…Eastern marriages WERE built to last because women had less options back then. Ab kitnay logon ki marriages survive karti hein if you compare to our parents?
They say there is more physical abuse in the West…again more hooey. The difference is in the West women open their mouths and back home…they don’t. They can’t. They won’t.
People THINK Muslim countries don’t have these issues…but the reality is…they’re simply good at hiding it. Nothing more than that.
p.s. - Im not saying one is better than the other. All Im saying is BOTH are highly dysfunctional in their own way.
