At several department stores I went to, I noticed that in the cosmetics section there was a section for men’s products. This was not limited to cologne and aftershave type of products as is typical in most countries and included things, such as corrector, concealer, toner, anti-aging serum. The fact that there are so many cosmetic products for men indicates that there is the expectation that men also keep up a certain image.
I have family in Dubai and I once spent the entire summer holiday (about 3 months) staying with them and I noticed quite a few things in this regard too.
