That's debateable, and there are many scholars that say Muta'a is just a fantasy. Even if it wasn't and you were to say that it was temporary, fine then it was TEMPORARY. Hence he didn't practice it because he didn't like the idea but felt was a necessary TEMPORARY allowance so that he could get rid of the problem of prostituteion more effectively.

How can you compare sexual slaves with that? Even if you were to draw a legit comparison, then I can easily say that this thread can be shut, because sexual slaves aren't permitted anymore, since it was only a temporary allowance just like muta'a.

And isn't there a clear Quranic verse that says follow the ways of the Prophet? And isn't sunnah all about doing things teh way the Prophet liked them done?

So now we throw the Sunnah out when it doesn't correspond with the male sexual drive, but keep it when it does?
