Re: Sex Education & Muslim Youth
NO No
No
Now I can assume about you that You're either brainwashed or have a wrong partner or have physical/emotional problems or you're not innocent or you don't find a need to clean yourself properly after having a sexual intercourse with your partner because you don't find it disgusting and unclean.
You see what happens when people are brought up to think sex is disgusting? It carries these warped thoughts into adulthood. How sad. Very unhealthy. I also have to clean up after doing yard work and working on my car, it doesn't mean that those things are filthy and disgusting.

Okay sex is a natural thing but it doesn't mean that its not disgusting and filthy.
But Okay I assume for a minute that you are right now please explain how thinking about sex as a filthy thing can lead you to numerous societal injustices, discrimination, rapes, ignorance, unwanted pregnancies, doomed marriages, growth and emotional problems?
I've grown up with the idea that sex is disgusting (which is right) and sex out of wedlock is a biggest sin, Alhamdulilah I'm physically and emotionally healthy, I'm happy with my marriage and with having children, I don't think I'm ignorant, I haven't commit any sexual crimes in my 24 years life and thats why I cannot understand your weirdest statement, it sounds to me very wrong and almost a lie.

It is unhealthy to teach people that sex is disgusting. But since you still believe that as a married mother, I don't expect you to get it. I suggest you read up on it. Just avoid those mullah-inspired books that rely heavily on dogma and tradition and instead research medical and pyschological journals.
