Learning about gay people won’t make your child gay. People are born that way, and learning about people with different orientations only makes one a more open minded and kind person.

I grew up in Canada, and I have to say the sex ed was fairly gentle.** There is certainly nothing vulgar.** A lot of the content includes things that most Pakistani parents would never discuss with their children anyway, so it is a good thing. To learn about puberty, different orientations, how to be healthy and how to treat each other is a valuable thing.
