I’m not sure that any would have read the full 200+ page curriculum. And it may not have been necessary for them to do so if they found some areas that are objectionable enough to their sensitivities.

We all have different beliefs and comfort levels. What I may find suitable for my 12 year old, some may not find appropriate for their 15 year olds. I don’t think that there is a fair way to define right and wrong on every single part of the curriculum.

I agree with your last sentence.

Re yanking kids out of health class because the found certain parts objectionable implies the school has a very high bar to cross. An almost impossible hurdle. For every person will find something to disagree with in a large curriculum

That is why reasonable and respnsible adults shoukd take the time to read a curriculum before jumping the gun.

There is no substitute for knowledge and facts. And there is no remedy for knee jerks reactions based on cursory reading or heresy
