9 OMCs in Pakistan are equally responsible for that shortage for holding only 5 days reserves instead of 20 days to reduce inventory losses due to downward international trend

Would the circular debt have anything to do with OMCs’ inability to hold higher reserves? With oil at its lowest price in 5 years, and forex reserves supposedly at +$15 bil. its a shame that the govt hasnt stocked up on oil. Actually, the shame part is reserved for the public for believing in BS spewed by the govt.
