I’ve heard Asians from East London who have quite different accents from White people who live there.. I think it’s similar in places like Bradford as well..

Reminds me of a comment I read once directed at Noreen Khan (the dj) saying she sounded ‘too white’..

I think British Pakistanis have a distinct accent, it’s neither British nor Pakistani.
