He has a right to protest like anyone else, the govt is responsible for maintaining law and order through the law enforcing agencies and not through their goons. Model town cannot be written off just as a tragedy . 14 people were murdered on the orders of the Punjab govt. There has to be accountability for that.

Right to protest but not right to force others to shut down their businesses?.. or does he have that right too?
