A tip for all us GIRLS who dont like to eat basi khana,but dont have time to cook full meals everyday

if you cook a large quantity serve half and freeze half immediately..that is bulk cooking
when you’re running late just take out a frozen option ,if its daal just need to fry some kebabs (we all have those in freezer)
a new meal ready

that is exactly what Niks does. She freezes half immediately (especially in case of Haleem and Nihari). Also when its just daal, she fries some kabab or bake some chicken with it.
