couple of years back i had seen two memon business men......they are wealthy enough....so they had a munim/munshi to look after accounts....and their munshi was from their father's time so when he entered the office elder brother left the main chair to make space for their munshi..so now munshi was looking like the real boss.....:)
Mere haan koi servants nahin hai... jab mere abba tea distribution ka kaam karte the tab mulazmon ko lunch ammi bana ke bhejti thi.. hamare haan to Masi tak ka rivaj nahin.
I think not more than Rs 1500-2000. Its depends on the quantum of work. There was a Masi in our relatives house for jhadoo pocha and dish washing. They used to give her Rs 1200 and food for one time. They also gave zakat and fitra to her.
I’ve seen aged women (without any other source of income) working from morning to evening in 3-4 houses in the hot summer of rural Sindh. These women deserve appreciation for their hard work for survival
Women in rular Sindh also work in fields specially cotton fields. The process of collecting cotton from the plants needs some soft hands and therefore women are necessary for this process. But in most of the cases its a begaar (work without compensation)
Its my observation that while women of the house is busy in doing labor ( as a masi or in fields), their men sit in stupid munji hotels enjoying tea and watch madhuri dixit dancing on ‘Mera piya ghar aaya’
hyderabad me maine admion ko dargah ke bahar baith ker muft khane ka intezaar kerte dekha hai…aur jiss hotel me in muft khoro ko coupon par khana diya jata tha usska ek servant inke jhund ko lakri se haankta tha…:Djust imagine kijiye 40 se50 mard hazrat ukru(squat) baith kar khane ka intezar karta fir jab inko wo servant aage aane kehta to sab ussi position me aage sarakte the…
The MNERGA scheme inflated the labour price, and in state like mine, there is always labour shortage. Thanks to backwardness of UP and Bihar we have availability of labour, If bihar develops Punjabis would be biggest loser:smack2:
Begging is not allowed in Sikhi, it is one of the biggest sins in Sikhi:)
