Fake id per nikah i heard it many times but now it happened close to me…
Some neighbour of us in pk got married with the ID of her SIL (to cover her age) with a 8-10 year younger guy.
Larki side has hidden the age of the girl/(aunty) from the guy and his fam …but when u see her u can guess the age immediatly (she is really like an aging aunty) And when u see the guy, u just feel pitty for him (to get stuck with a aunty like her)
So my question to you guys is, does this happen often? I mean what if the guy fam finds out that their daughter in law is like 8-10 years older than the guy?
And is such kind of Nikah valid? Cuz if the date of birth is fake and the id number? the name will be fake too right? So if the name is fake…how can the nikah be valid?
Seriously Pakiis and ages was always a horror of hide and seek but these kind of sh** is freaky

and fake id hi nai sirf... She used HER id card for nikah!
SO that means also the name of her bhabi...
So eventually in papers...if the guy wants to claim his " wife" according to the nikah nama...he can claim the bhabi? (cuz her details and name are written on the papers?)
Wow... Aging aunty cover ups?? I thought it would just be a few years off like if the girl was 32 or something but they say she's 25. I don't think the scenario you described is normal at all. But then again maybe in that community or region it is?

Wow!! heard that people usually have a few years different on their own id cards but this is too much of an age gap.
What I dont understand is if the girl’s side did succeed in faking this whole thing somehow, aren’t they scared that once the guy finds out he may divorce her?? There is no guarantee that the guy will stick around after finding the truth??
As for the whole nikah in bhabhi’s name, isn’t it the girl in the Id who got married??
Also how can they claim this marriage in records as the bhabhi gets married twice??

u didnt mention about bhabhi's ID before, is case mein tu paperworks mein kafi ghapla hai, in future kafi problems face karni hongi unko agar tu aisi koi nobat aye tu.

molvi nay nikah larki kay asal naam say parhaya hoga na ke Fake ID walay naam say, so (shari) tur par nikah valid hoga but on papers its not legal
what name did the aalim read the nikkah with, if it was with a false name how is the nikkah valid islamically.
moreover how could he have taken name of another man’s daughter?

I have no idea about reading what name…i do know that the name on the nikah nama is fake…cuz that date of birth is filled in…and was given to the molvi/imam to fill in on the nikah papers :/…
Well some People hide so many things intentionally,Not just age, But I really don't understand why there's need to use internet for a Nikkah, I mean meeting and liking someone on internet is different thing. But seriously Nikkah?.
jab ap laywer kay pass jatay ho, un kay pass already he molvi hotay hain, jo sab kaam kar detay hain jesa ap chaho, 10-15000 PKR, thoray say zayyada do tu witnesses ki bhi zaroorat nahi, wo apnay witnesses khudi bana letay hain.
