The guy claims 5 hours. He used a picture to trace though. Theres some others who have made similar drawings without tracing.

Yes it is impressive.
I have a question ( I am computer illiterate)
Besides a mouse, can you use any other accessory with ms paint ?

I find with a mouse it is difficult and time consuming getting little details right.

Yes you can use a Graphics Tablet with a pen like device as a mouse. Makes life much easier to be a gfx designer.
