Game, You don;t have to leave Islam to be happy and prosperous. The myopia Kaleem displayed is endemic to the 1/6th of humanity that I was referring to. That 1/6th also includes jews who think that wearing a yamulkeh and shaking your finger at other jews will please god. It also includes those hindus, who think that Bhagwan only feels for those who don;t eat meat and those christians who think that everyone else but them is going to hell, so they become exclusionary and carry a chip on their shoulder.

If you belive in Allah, which I think you do, do you honestly think he would punish people simply because they didn’t follow his supposed mandates. That is a human attribute, if I ever saw one. People in Indonesia die because of geography, people in WTC die because of some ill interpreted religious doctrine. Who do you think is going to heaven or hell, if Allah is evaluating these scenarios. Think about it.

Matsui, well put but bad analogy. Who here said that people who parished in tsunami were punished? I certainly did not say that. It is true that people who died in WTC lost their lives because of ull-interpreted religious doctrine, but what about the innocnet people who lost their lives to ill-advised, over zealous President? Who do you think is responsible for that? You think there will be any retribution?
