Serious Question for Muslims

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

What is being a Muslim? If faith wise, yes i claim to be a Muslim.

socially, hmm?

I don't believe in killing people because they fell in love and had sex.

I don't believe the governments job is to uphold morality of a few semi intellects.

I don't believe in killing homosexuals.

I don't believe in stoning people to death.

I believe Freedom is the right of all sentient beings. And when the right to be free is threatened, one needs to stand up and reclaim this right through peace or a bloody revolution.

Our intelligence and humility is what differentiates the homo-sapien from animal kingdom. When a few societies go around killing/stonning/lashing other humans over pitty things humanity just moves a step backwards.

edit: looking back, i dont think i have done anything wrong socially according to Islam.
have i had sex before marriage : no (im not married..im 20)
do i smoke/drink /drugs: no.
do i go clubbing: no
do I fast: yes
do I pray: not frequently.

in fact, if one was to compare the ACTIONS of my whole life to those who claim to be pious Muslim on this board, one wouldn't really be able say im lesser of a Muslim.

The only issue i have is when individual liberties are threatened, just because i dont have sex with random woman, or do drugs all weekend etc doesn't mean the bloke up the road shouldnt be allowed.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

Behave. Or don't speak at all.

And by the way, quit representing Islam - a true muslim doesn't discuss things in this kind of manner of speaking.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

please read my point it said that how it has been consistently applied. I don't think you can define Ijma if you account for the qualifier "consistently applied".

Another point, please let me know who the people of knowledge are? who picks them? So if today all the people of knowledge get a consensus that God has two horns (nauzobillah) would that be a sharaee fact?

Are you also claiming that there was Ijma on Abu Bakr's caliphate?
as far your rest of points, open new topics. When did you reach the level of scholarship to discuss the issues of fiqh? If you want to discuss anything with me then discus tawheed and don't forget that you showed little knowledge in this topic. I'll also look forward to these "salafi quotes censoring using aql".
you probably meant censure, but that is mere semantics. (wink wink)

Just to let you know, and you don't repeat this and embarrass your salafi sugar daddies, Tawheed is not part of Fiqh. Fiqh is jurisprudence, meaning legal framework.

I attacked his ideology not him personally and I don't know which Islam says that you can't attack other people's ideology. I thank you for reminding of being a true Muslim, but maybe before reminding me of being a true Muslim, you should reflect upon your own words, which many times are raping the sharee'ah.

@ self procalimed righteous

open a new thread if you want to discuss this further

@slicktar

let me tell you that no Muslim holds such view. A Muslim believes in everything which Allah Ta'ala has legislated for us. Please give me few days and I'll open a thread where we can discuss these issues further: Secularism + Modernism Vs Islam

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

PyariCGudya- read up on Wahabism and its barbaric, totalitarian history and u'd surely understnd the mindset of these individuals who are self proclaimed Allahkabanda but in actual are GundaSaBanda.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

keep day dreaming about wahabi barbarism. As far your comment about my username, let me remind you that everyone is creation of Allah, whether people admits it or not, and whether they obey Him or not. So, I don't see how I can't call myself "AllahkaBanda" aka "SlaveofAllah". Did you realize this fact when giving me the nickname "GundakaBanda"; I don't think so!? Your poor attempt to defend your other shia brother's nickname is noted.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

^even a pig is a creation of Allah and khulqAllah and i dnt see anywhere in my post where i have said tht u cant call urself Allah ka Banda. wht i said was in reference with u and ur likes consistently trying to police every1 arnd using the name of Islam and Allah as if u have monopoly over the truth.
and the name i ve given u is GundaSaBanda and not GundaKaBanda. Wahabis r well known for stikining smell among many other disgusting thngs they r well known for....and if they arent barbaric then how come majority if not all of the suicide bombers and throat slayers of innocent ppl r followers of this crooked idealogy?

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

hmmm, thanks PB. i will try to get hold of it.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

So, the mass population of Muslims believe in infringing the rights of others? hmm

My main view points stem from the libertarianism philosophy.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

You are not attacking anyone's "ideology", you are attacking people. Unless you learn to behave and speak like a decent human being...until then you are a complete displeasure to discuss anything with, and with that thick headed skull of yours, its no wonder you are not open to listening to anyone's opinion respectfully without hurling a mass of insults.

I would say more, but the sentences would be entirely made of curse words.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

how exactly?

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

you think only you have the right to claim to be righteous. Lol

The thread is already open. But do remember. Tawheed is not part of Fiqh, it is a fundamental belief. Did you get it the last time or should I repeat myself r---e---a---l---l---y s---l---o---w---l---y

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

The punishment is barbaric and has no place in the civilized world. The Taliban are slime.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

All of this is true. BTW, what is often ignored is that Taleban are decendants of Deobandis.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

You are no one to judge another's Islam, why don't you worry about yourself?

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

Agree with everything written, you're just 150 years ahead your Muslim compatriots, they will change but most of us won't be around to see it.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims

If any girl or boy have illigle activity, then head of sociaty or head of family can punish.
If video's girl have bad character, then its true.
I don't know, why nonmuslims, sepcially west destirbing our sociaty or rules, Even we see, in west women live shameful life.

Re: Serious Question for Muslims
