That’s a bit harsh. He makes a fair point, innocent until proven guilty. While child molestation is sickening, it’s also a fact that a woman can scream rape and ruin a man’s reputation. I am not saying that the girl lied in this situation. The guy probably committed the crime, but psyah makes a fair point.

Although suggesting that the girl may have “chased her desires” is kind of out there.

the victim in question is a 12 year old CHILD. Not an adult woman, a CHILD. And yes, a 12 year old girl is a CHILD. Emphasis on CHILD.
