GoldenAsif: Germany did not get over awed. Their counter attacking style was never going to work against Spain.. they knew that and hence decided to defend in numbers.

Teams defend with 10 players against Spain! because Spanish are best in possession football.. just like Barcelona and they play with one mentality, to score goals all the time and they will pass all day if other teams will defend.

And for your enlightenment, go watch iniesta’s goal against Chile or Villa’s goal against Paraguay. Those were two breathtaking goals with excellent passing and movement.

Villa’s goal against Paraguay was not breath-taking, he scored off own rebound. It was n’t the result of some individual brilliant move..

Anyways prepare yourself for another boring Final on Sunday
