I don’t think you ought to be upset about her telling you the evening before that she can’t host you,
Similarly if she can’t hang out with you after class because she wanted to hang with some guy she likes.

You can be upset that she is not being upfront about it.

Regardless the level of your anger seems a bit overboard.
