why can’t you confront her about it? i would and say that it really hurt you that she just decided to cancel plans of you staying with her at the last minute, then maybe she might give you the real reason for doing it.
You two are best friends, she might have some major problems that she might be dealing with, ask her if she is. it’s really hard to find good female friends, if she’s your good friend i would hold on to her and not stay angry with her, friendships are like any other relationship. communication is very important.
venting is good but you also need to talk to her straight up but have control over your emotions, the last thing you want to do is unnecessarily hurt her. we dont’ know the background of your relationship with her here, how long have you two been friends, how really close you are…
