mirch paji, we are in bangalore, india at the moment. The weather is something between north and south...I am so used to having hot summers(well mostly hot in canada) that it feel odd ke hum aaj kal fan bhi nahi chalate. Summer is usually march-april, schools open in beginning of june after summer holiday, odd na :)
meri family wale tu canada mein 16-17 hours ke rooza rakh rahe hain :( woh bhi zalim garmi mein.

Wow , never new that. Most of the people working around me are from Bangalore and I know nothing about it. I should better start socializing with them.
Hmmm koi idea bi do na , like what goes well with croissant .. I have always had it with tea or at the most scrambled eggs … but i dont wanna have a bland iftar today .. pakora’s will be spicy i will pop two of them in the croissant and mazay sai kha’ing
awww Decent, I will be thinking of you when i eat the pakora's today :@:
I only allowed pakora's for my man today because despite such a long roza he goes to the gym regularly.. so when i see his latka hua moo around iftar time .. I just feel horrible if i have to say no to his pakora demand ....
Bin having pakoras for two days now...so it's just dinner tonight.
One of my faves...chuqander gosht with garam garam rotis and trifle to follow.Oh,and I really fancy some lassi.Only an hour and a half to go..:).think there's some dahi bare left from last night too.
CB...what type are you making??..put hara dhaniya and loads of onions and sabit dhaniya (coarsely ground)...
I do poached egg, spinach and hollandaise sauce, like egg benedict . You can also do a good sandwich with either a spicy sa omlete, or if you have any kabab ye qeema on hand to make some. Once I had leftover chapli kebabs, I used those with cheese croissant I know I am a namoona
Good luck…if all else fail have it with pakora, make a pakora sandwich as you said above we used to have those in university days LOLLL

bangalore is an amazing city...I haven't been to whole lot of india but whatever I have seen I think bangalore is one of the better cities, very upscale in some ways. but bangalore weather doesn't suit me, even though it is nice cool temp from july-Noc is low teens to mid tewnties higest is like mid thirties, lakin I developed asthma which is a common complaint among expats or ppl moving from other cities. Mein tu extreme weather ki aadi hoon, multan ki garmi aur canada ki cold :) beech ka temp raas nahi aa raha..
anyways back to sehri and iftaris, enjoy yours today.
There’s a difference:eek:!? I didnt mean baby chicken oh no! lol! I meant the normal adult chicken lol, have always known it as chooza! I’ll ask my mum why we call it chooza!
By the way things to go with the croissants - Butter, jam, nutella, fried egg, meat with salad etc
Today at Sehri I had - Two white toast with fried egg and beans and mango juice
and
Iftar - Roti with keema mattar, mango juice again, some fruit and a slice of angel cake.
