Sedatives/Sleeping pills

anyone here take any sedatives or sleeping pills?
If yes, then name them and your experience with those pills.

I have taken Nyquil couple of times to make myself fall on my bed n sleep
benedryl is a goodone as well

ofcourse these r not the first choice of drugs for being insomniac

My all time favorite is NyQuil. Tylenol PM makes my legs restless.

I have used Xanax (whatever the generic name is ) and it is so so awesome .. ghush khaa ke gir paroing

Lois, Tyelenol PM has acetominophen + Benadryl... but for some reason it's effects on my legs are not nice.

it was a presicription once :D but now I take it when i could not sleep . Just like Niki, Tylenol PM gives me restless legs thingie
